Amar Banned My Account Until 2053 Without Explanation
My Amar account, which I use on my iPhone, has the username “Harun21” and UID 110525596. Today, my account was suddenly banned even though I did not violate any rules. I was in my own room recruiting new streamers, and I did not engage in any behavior that violated the rules, including insults, profanity, inappropriate content, or anything similar.
About three hours ago, when I tried to log back into my account, I found that I had been logged out of the app and that my account had been banned until 2053. I did nothing that would justify such a severe and excessively long ban, and I was not given any explanation as to why my account was banned. I contacted the support team through the app to report the issue, but I have not received any response so far.
I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and, if the ban was issued unfairly, that the restriction be removed immediately and my account reactivated. I also request a clear and specific explanation of the reason for the ban, including which rule was allegedly violated and why such an unusually long ban was imposed.
