Amar 530,000 Coin Package Was Not Activated

I purchased a promotional package through the Amar app last night that offers one month of unlimited calls and messaging in exchange for 530,000 coins. The coins were deducted from my balance, but the package was never activated on my account.

Although I reported the issue through the app, I have not received a proper response, and the problem still has not been resolved. I request that the one-month promotional package I already paid for be activated on my account immediately and that this issue be resolved without further delay.
