Omegle iOS Refund Request – Payment for Ban Removal but App Broken

I downloaded the Omegle app from the iOS App Store and, in an effort to remove a ban, I paid 500 TL. However, after completing the payment, the app completely broke: the “Accept” and “Decline” buttons disappeared, and it became impossible to start any conversations.

The app has no customer service or support line, leaving users completely stranded with no way to resolve issues. In my case, money was taken, but no service was provided. I am essentially locked out of the app right after paying.

I demand an immediate refund of the 500 TL that was unfairly charged, and I strongly urge that this app be monitored and regulated so other users are not scammed by fake ban removal payments.
