Aliexpress Refused to Cancel Unauthorized Order Made with My Credit Card
Dear Sir/Madam,
Someone, likely from Kenya, used my Denizbank credit card to make a purchase on AliExpress (order number 304873010264****), withdrawing ₺32.294,24 (equivalent to 119961.00 KES) through Mastercard (card ending with 9230) with a provision number of 743825 at 15:43 GMT+3 on 27 January 2025. The order is linked to an AliExpress account (ke3264474408xfdae) with the email address sha***@gmail.com, neither of which belong to me. As stated on your website, customers have the right to cancel an order automatically within seven days after payment. I have been contacting AliExpress for three days, requesting the immediate cancellation of this order. I have spoken to five customer service agents (L***, M*** Z***, A*** B***, S***, and L***) who filed case numbers 2053804122395818, 2053804130058433, 2053804130105299, 2053804131695585, and 2053804132077127 & 2053804132074420.
Therefore, I kindly request that you cancel order 3048730102640408 and refund the money (withdrawn under provision number 743825 on 27 January 2025) to my credit card (Mastercard ending with 9230). Please address this matter urgently and confirm the refund at your earliest convenience.
