Unresolved Unauthorized Charges And Withheld Transaction Slips
I’m an international student living abroad, and for more than a year my Axess card has been continuously charged for payments I never approved—mainly Amazon Prime fees and recurring coffee orders that I absolutely did NOT place; I cannot stop these payments, I cannot prove them, and, worst of all, my own bank refuses to give me the digital transaction slips that show the origin of these charges, even though the card statement clearly displays the transaction IDs. Because of this, I cannot provide evidence to Amazon, and I cannot file a proper consumer complaint in Turkey, leaving me stuck in a loop where my money is being taken but I am denied the documents that prove it, which is exhausting and deeply unfair. What has been happening: unauthorized, repeating Amazon Prime charges for over eight months; occasional multiple coffee orders charged to my card that I did not make; Amazon unable to verify these payments because I cannot obtain transaction slips from Akbank despite the fees appearing in my Axess statement; the app’s AI assistant being completely useless and unable to understand or process anything; no ability to speak to a real human; previous complaints being ignored; inability to call Turkish customer service because I’m abroad; charges continuing every month even after removing my card from Amazon; an Adobe refund that never arrived; and my official complaint #8025159109 remaining unresolved after months. I have been asking for one simple thing: to be provided with the digital slip for these unauthorized transactions, yet they refuse, and without it I cannot prove anything or defend myself.
