Akbank Charged Me Double the Promised Annual Fee for My Axess Platinum Card

I obtained an Axess Platinum card roughly a year back, under the impression that the annual fee would be approximately ₺300-₺400 based on the information I received then. Regrettably, I have come across a ₺800 annual fee charged to my card, which significantly exceeds the amount I consented to when I applied for the card. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be charged twice what I anticipated based on the initial details provided. I expect Akbank to uphold the commitments made to me. I shouldn't be charged a fee that is much higher than what we originally agreed on. I trust this matter will be sorted out promptly, as I have no intention of paying an amount that was not agreed upon in advance.
