I Face Missing $63 Transfer From Tango App via Airwallex to QNB

On October 20, 2025, $63 USD was reportedly sent to my QNB Finansbank account through Airwallex via the Tango app. However, even though the transaction appears as “completed” and “funds sent” in the app, the amount has not yet been credited to my bank account.

I don’t have a reference number for this transaction, and I couldn’t find any way to contact Tango customer support. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and it still hasn’t been resolved. There was also no notice of any fees or deductions related to this transaction.

I request that the $63 USD be deposited into my bank account immediately and that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
