I Lost Money From My Tango Withdrawals Going to Airwallex Account Without My Consent

Money I withdrew from my Tango account has been sent to an Airwallex account I used before, without my knowledge or consent. However, the funds never reach my actual bank account. I have no idea why this is happening and I’m very concerned. This issue has occurred multiple times, and I’m frustrated by the lack of clarity or resolution.

I suspect the problem might be with Airwallex, but since I initiated the withdrawals through Tango, the platform should ensure the money goes to my correct bank account. How can withdrawals happen on their own without my approval? I urgently need Tango to investigate and fix this issue so I can safely access my earnings.
