Airtel Payments Bank Shows My ₹7,100 Transfer as Successful but the Money Is Missing

On 18 June 2026, I made a transaction of ₹7100 from my bank account to be credited into my Airtel Payments Bank account. In the Airtel Payments Bank system, the transaction is shown as successful, but the money has not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account and the amount is still missing. I contacted Airtel Payments Bank customer service regarding this problem, but they only informed me that the transaction is successful and did not help me recover my money or give any clear explanation. Because of this, I am under serious financial stress. I urgently need this ₹7100 to buy groceries and basic household items for my family. I request Airtel Payments Bank to urgently investigate this failed credit, locate the missing amount, and immediately credit the full ₹7100 to my Airtel Payments Bank account, as this money is extremely important for my daily living expenses.
