Airbnb Makes Issuing Invoices to Companies Extremely Difficult
Using Airbnb to get an invoice for a company is a frustrating and unnecessarily complicated process. The system is poorly designed and illogical. When I contacted live support, they told me to change my account name to the company name, which made no sense but I complied. Then, they requested identity verification after I’d already entered my company details.
Why is this process so convoluted? Selecting “invoice for a person” or “invoice for a company” shouldn’t be this difficult. Moreover, considering there are thousands of hosts and users in Turkey, the lack of Turkish phone support is another major issue.
Airbnb must simplify the invoicing process for businesses and provide better language support for Turkish users. I expect immediate improvements to address these shortcomings.
