Air Wick Plug-In Freshener Heats Up But Fails to Release Fragrance
I have been using Air Wick plug-in air fresheners for a long time, and being satisfied with the brand, I bought a replacement when one broke. About 2 to 3 weeks ago, I purchased a new unit from Gratis for approximately $7.
When I plug in the new device, it heats up as expected, but emits absolutely no fragrance. Even though it remains plugged in and warm, no scent is released into the room. I am experiencing this issue despite using it in the exact same manner as my previous unit.
To avoid wasting the money spent and to resolve this grievance, I request that this defective device be inspected and that a replacement or other appropriate solution be provided.
