I am writing to report a problem with my Africabet online betting account in Zimbabwe. When I try to withdraw my funds, the system shows the message “client restricted from withdraw” and does not allow the transaction to go through. This has now happened twice since last week and the issue is still not resolved. I use the email address **tumiem***[email protected]** for my Africabet account, and at the moment there is a balance of $8 that I am unable to withdraw due to this restriction. I have not yet received any explanation or warning from Africabet about why my account has been restricted for withdrawals. I kindly request that Africabet urgently checks my account, explains clearly why I am being restricted from withdrawing, and lifts this restriction so that I can withdraw my balance without any further problems. I would also appreciate confirmation that this issue will not repeat in the future.
