Adobe Acrobat Cancellation Gets Stuck Loading

2

Even though I have not used my Adobe Acrobat Standard subscription for about two months, I have been unable to cancel it. I sign in to my Adobe account and follow the cancellation steps. When I am asked to verify my identity, I complete the verification successfully, but afterward the screen only shows a spinning loading circle and the process never finishes. As a result, my subscription remains active and cannot be canceled.

During this time, my card has been charged a total of approximately $27 for two months of service. I tried several more times today, but the exact same issue occurred, and I was still unable to complete the cancellation.

I request that my Adobe Acrobat Standard subscription be canceled immediately and that the most recent subscription charge be refunded to me.
