A&F Same-Day Delivery Failed, Communication Breakdown Cost Me Time

I know mistakes are going to happen, especially when it comes to deliveries, it happened many times before with many firms but they solve it if they want it!! A&F could have at least told me if the courier made a mistake and same-day delivery wasn't possible! It would have been fine with even next-day delivery. There was no call, email, or anything else. Thank God the item is still in stock but I’ll have to struggle again. This time it’s highly possible it won’t arrive on time. An easy update would have made all the difference, but now I have to rush at the last minute. This level of service is not acceptable, especially since you paid extra for fast delivery.
