Withdrawals Marked Complete but Money Never Reached Bank Account

I am using the 91 Club platform and I am facing a serious problem with bank transfer withdrawals that are marked as “complete” but are not actually reaching my bank account linked with my NSDL account, despite waiting for a long time. On multiple dates including 11, 20 and 23, I requested withdrawals by bank transfer. Several times, the money did not come to my bank account and was instead returned back to my 91 Club wallet after a few days, which caused me loss and stress because I was unable to withdraw it properly. At the moment, an amount of ₹14,000 is shown as withdrawal completed in 91 Club, but it has still not arrived in my bank account even after about one week. In addition, I have another withdrawal of ₹1,000 that has been stuck in processing and has not been credited to my account. I have tried to contact 91 Club customer support about these issues, but I have not received any helpful response so far, and the same problem keeps happening again and again. This situation is very upsetting for me, especially because it involves my hard-earned money. I request that the total pending amount, including ₹14,000 and ₹1,000, be immediately and directly credited to my bank account without any further delay, and that this withdrawal issue be permanently resolved so I can safely use the platform.
