I used the 91 Club platform and made a transaction of ₹2100, which has been showing as “processing” for the last 3 days without any successful completion. The payment is linked to my 91 Club ID 2063371, and the related order/withdrawal number is WD2026050921215062965035f.

The issue appears to be connected to my bank account not being properly linked inside the platform. Because of this problem, the money remains stuck in processing within 91 Club, and I have not received the funds in my bank account.

I contacted the concerned support team or representatives of 91 Club regarding this issue, but I did not receive any proper explanation, useful response, or actual solution. As a result, my money continues to remain blocked, and I am unable to access, use, or withdraw my own funds.

I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and resolved. I want the ₹2100 either credited correctly to my linked bank account or refunded back to the original payment source immediately.

In addition, I request that the account and bank-linking issue be properly fixed so that similar problems do not happen again in the future.
