91 Club Withdrawal Not Credited To PNB Account

I am writing to complain about a serious issue I am facing with 91club regarding a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account. I requested a withdrawal of ₹24,000 from my 91club account to my PNB bank account around 6th of this month. Even though the details I entered were correct, the money has still not arrived in my bank account and it has already been many hours since the withdrawal request. This situation is causing me a lot of stress, and I feel that I am being treated unfairly and that my money is at risk. I have tried to reach 91club customer service, but I am not getting any proper response and my issue remains unresolved. From my side, all the information and bank details are correct, yet the amount is still not credited. I request 91club to immediately credit the pending ₹24,000 to my PNB bank account or provide a clear and verifiable proof of the transaction showing where the money has gone. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and my funds to be returned to me without any further delay.
