Withdrawal to PNB Bank Still Missing After 12 Days

I am a user of the 91 Club platform and I made a withdrawal to my PNB bank card around 10–12 days ago. The withdrawal amount is approximately between ₹110 and ₹160. Despite this long period, the money has not been credited to my PNB bank account, and it is also not visible in my game balance. After noticing this delay, I contacted 91 Club customer support through the in‑app support, but I did not receive any response or solution from their side, and I have not been given any clear information about the status of my withdrawal. I request that the pending withdrawal amount be credited immediately to my PNB bank account, and that I be informed without further delay about the exact status of this transaction. A lot of time has already passed, so I ask that this issue be resolved as urgently and as quickly as possible.
