91 Club, Withdrawal Showing Completed But Not Received In Bank Account

I am writing about a problem with a withdrawal on the 91 Club colour prediction platform. Yesterday I requested a withdrawal of ₹110 to my bank card. Inside the 91 Club application this withdrawal is shown as “completed”, but the money has not been credited to my bank account. I have waited after seeing the status as completed, but the amount of ₹110 is still missing from my bank balance and there is no sign of this transaction in my bank records. I have not yet received any explanation or correction from the platform, and I have not been given any information about delay or technical issues. I request that my missing ₹110 withdrawal be checked urgently and either credited to my bank card or refunded to my 91 Club account balance without further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the withdrawal is shown as completed while the money has not reached my account.
