91 Club Marks My ₹7,100 Withdrawal as Successful but I Never Received It

I have been using the 91 Club platform and on 18 June 2026 I made a withdrawal request of ₹7,100 to my Airtel Payments Bank account. Inside the 91 Club app, this withdrawal is shown as “successful”, but the money has still not been credited to my Airtel Payments Bank account. After noticing that the money had not arrived, I contacted 91 Club customer service. They informed me that the amount had already been transferred, but I have not received even a single rupee in my account. To help them check, I also shared my PDF password and the PDF file from my bank side as requested, but despite providing these details, the money has still not been deposited into my account. I urgently need this ₹7,100 and this delay is causing me serious difficulty. I request 91 Club to immediately credit the full withdrawal amount of ₹7,100 to my Airtel Payments Bank account or clearly resolve this issue without any further delay.
