888Starz Winnings Withdrawal Repeatedly Declined

I am writing to report a serious problem I have experienced with the betting site 888Starz, which I believe is acting in a fraudulent manner. I deposited money into my account in Saudi riyals and, after playing on the site, I won a total of about 13,000 SAR. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, my withdrawal requests were repeatedly declined by the operator without any valid explanation, even though my deposits had previously been accepted without any issues. On 18.03.2026 I started to request withdrawals from my balance, but every attempt was rejected with messages such as “Declined by operator” and “payment processing error.” I tried many times with different withdrawal amounts, including 2,000 SAR, 1,000 SAR, 500 SAR, 300 SAR, 200 SAR and 100 SAR, yet all of these transactions were declined in the same way. My account and balance were visible and active, but the system simply did not allow me to cash out my funds. I have kept screenshots showing my successful deposit of funds and the series of rejected withdrawal attempts, with the operator’s rejection messages clearly visible. Despite these records, the site has not paid me my legitimate winnings and has effectively blocked my access to my own money. I request that 888Starz release and pay my full winnings of 13,000 SAR without any further delay, and that this unfair blocking of withdrawals be investigated and stopped so that other users are not similarly harmed.
