Since yesterday and today, the one-time passwords (OTPs) needed for both login and withdrawals have stopped arriving, even though all other messages reach my phone and only messages from 888starz.bet are missing. Because of this, I cannot access my account properly and cannot withdraw my balance of 23,000 LKR. Until about one week ago I was receiving OTPs without any issue, and I did not face such a problem before. Since the issue started, I have contacted your support many times via email and customer chat. However, I only receive generic responses telling me to wait, and there has been no proper reply or concrete solution. At the moment, 23,000 LKR is stuck in my account and I cannot log in securely because the OTP system is not working for me. I kindly request that you urgently fix the OTP problem on my account so that I can receive login and withdrawal codes again and access my account normally. I also request that, once this is resolved, I am allowed to withdraw my full balance of 23,000 LKR without any further issues.
