888 Starz Gaming Withdrawal Stuck Due to Ongoing Technical Issue

I am a user of 888 Starz Gaming with account number 1615682*** and for the last ten days I have been experiencing serious problems with withdrawals. My withdrawal requests are constantly being rejected or left pending and are marked as “technical issue” by the operator without any clear explanation. In the past, when my winnings were smaller, I was able to withdraw money from the platform and always received my payments without any problems. The issue started right after I had a bigger win of TSH 235,490. I requested a withdrawal of this amount on 25 June and, as of today, the transaction is still pending and has not been paid. I have contacted customer support several times and they keep telling me that my request is still under review and that they are waiting for a response from their specialists. They are unable to tell me when I will receive my money and have not provided any concrete deadline or solution. I find it unacceptable that such a large amount of my winnings is being held for this long without a clear reason or time frame. My clear expectation is the immediate payment of the full TSH 235,490 amount to my account without any further delay.
