Even though I live in Turkey, 8 Ball Pool suddenly switched my location to France without my permission. Because of this, my chips no longer count toward my club or league, and I’m falling behind in competitions I’ve been consistently active in.
I really enjoy the game and play it regularly, but this issue is ruining my experience. I didn’t change any settings — the game did it on its own. Now I’m missing out on rewards and league rankings, and all the chips I earn are going nowhere.
Please fix this immediately. I don’t want to lose my standing because of a technical glitch. Correct my country to Turkey and make sure my progress is restored. Players shouldn’t be penalized for system errors.
