I Face 1win Payment Issue With Approved Withdrawal Not Paid

I have been using 1win for some time and have previously made successful withdrawals to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account without any issues. However, on April 19, 2026, I requested two withdrawals via bank transfer—one for ₹30,000 and another for ₹29,100. Both transactions are marked as “approved” in my 1win account, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.
When I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, I was simply told to wait for 7 days, without any clear explanation or proper resolution. Despite the withdrawals being approved, I have not received any money in my Kotak Mahindra Bank account.
I request that the amounts of ₹30,000 and ₹29,100 be transferred to my bank account immediately, or that I am provided with a clear and detailed explanation of where the funds are currently held and the exact timeline for when I will receive them. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as the situation is causing serious concern and damaging my trust in the platform.
