17TRACK Cannot Locate My Luther.inc Package After 16 Days in Transit

On August 2, I ordered a pair of pink spray shorts from Luther.inc. My order was created under order number #1173, but even though 16 days have passed, my item has still not arrived. For the past 8 days, the tracking status has been stuck on "in transit," with no information regarding the package's actual location or an estimated delivery date.

My tracking number is P1002306, and the package appears to have been shipped via GLS. When I check the shipment on 17track.net, the status shows up as "unknown," meaning I am unable to get any transparent information from either the seller or the shipping carrier.

I demand a clear explanation regarding the tracking status of my order, the immediate delivery of my product, or a full refund of my payment if it cannot be delivered. Otherwise, I will exercise my consumer rights and pursue formal legal action.
