I Want My Okey Plus Account Reinstated After Unfair Suspension
On October 3, around 2:15 AM, while playing a partnered game with my friend on the Çanak Okey Plus mobile app using my Samsung A25 phone, I received a message saying, “Your access has been permanently banned.” There was absolutely no cheating or rule violation involved — in fact, there was no opportunity for such behavior. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this.
My player ID is 90056479731, and my email address is g**************@gmail.com. Additionally, I purchased in-game chips on the evening of October 2 at around 11:00 PM, and I still had a remaining balance in my account.
I did not encounter any connection issues or unusual activity during the game, and I have not yet been able to contact customer service. I request that this unjustified ban be lifted and my access to my account be restored immediately.
