Restore Missing Truck and Currency from Truck Simulator VIP Purchase

I purchased a VIP package in the Truck Simulator game through the mobile game store. After buying the VIP, only the online (multiplayer) feature was unlocked in the game, but the truck and 250,000 in-game currency that were supposed to come with the VIP were not added to my account.
The purchase took place yesterday, and even though my VIP package appears to be active, the truck and the 250,000 in-game currency are still missing. I haven't seen any notification indicating that I need to take additional steps or claim them from a different menu.
Even though I purchased the VIP, I demand that the promised truck and 250,000 in-game currency be added to my game account, and I request that the transaction be reviewed if necessary.
