Huawei MatePad 12X User Unable to Load Bus Simulator Cloud Saves via GBox

I downloaded Bus Simulator onto my Huawei MatePad 12X tablet via GBox. Even though I log in with my Google account, the app fails to restore my saved game data. Whenever I click the "Load Data" option, the screen displays the error message: "Cloud data could not be loaded, please try again."

Despite trying repeatedly over the past month, I have had no success and am forced to play without my previous progress. I tried contacting Zuuks Games by email, but I have received no response.

I demand that my game progress and data saved on my Google account be restored seamlessly and that this issue be permanently resolved.
