You can cancel your subscription by turning off automatic renewal:
Go to Account Settings and select Subscription. Remember that if you purchased your subscription through a third-party account, such as Apple's App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel in accordance with their terms and conditions.
If you're canceling via computer:
• Log into zoosk.com.
• Select "Settings" from the left-hand menu.
To access your subscription page, select the "Subscription" menu from the right side.
• Select "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.
• Click "Unsubscribe" and select a reason for cancellation.
• Confirm your cancellation, and if successful, you will see a confirmation screen with your subscription's end date.
If you're canceling using your smartphone:
• Log into zoosk.com.
• Tap the three lines in the upper-left corner.
• Tap the gear icon to get to your "Settings"
• Choose "Subscription."
• Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
