Zara Did Not Process My Return Even After 22 Days
Do not shop from Zara Online. I did it for the first time, and I deeply regret it. The order I placed on July 9th was delivered on July 19th. Since the products were of very poor quality, I initiated a return and sent the items back on July 24th. According to the Zara Online website, my products were received. However, to this day (today is August 15th), my refund has still not been processed. It's been 22 days, and it still shows as 'pending.' In short, I have yet to receive the money I paid on July 9th by August 15th. Additionally, the return process is unnecessarily cumbersome. As soon as you initiate a return, they send you a label with instructions to stick it on the package. You need to find a printer, print the label, and attach it to the package. I was at home that day, and I don't have a printer at home. I had to go to a stationery store just to get this label printed. It was an extremely unnecessary waste of time and energy. I will never shop online from Zara again.
