I Paid Extra for Zara Express Delivery but My Order Didn’t Arrive Before My Engagement

On April 21, I placed an order with Zara and paid an additional ₺100 for express delivery so that my item would arrive early, specifically in time for my engagement event. Despite paying extra, the product did not arrive on time.

I was repeatedly informed by the shipping company that the package had been "out for delivery" for two days straight, yet nothing was delivered. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are charged extra for faster delivery.

Because of Zara’s failure, I was unable to wear the shoes I had carefully chosen for one of the most important events in my life. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. As soon as the package arrives, I will immediately initiate a return and demand a full refund.

I will never shop from Zara again and will make sure to share this terrible experience with everyone around me. Zara must take accountability for the inconvenience and emotional stress they caused.
