Zara Home Order Delayed With No Updates

On June 18, I placed an in-store delivery order for a product at the Zara Home store in IstinyePark Mall. At the time of purchase, I was told that the item would be shipped within two to three days and delivered to me within one week at the latest. Despite those assurances, I have never received my order.

My order number is 80091925508. Even though the promised delivery timeframe has long passed, I have not received any updates from either Zara Home or the shipping carrier. I contacted both the store and customer service, and I was told that someone would call me with an update. Another week has passed since then, and I still have not received any response.

Because my order was never delivered and I was not kept informed despite repeated promises, I have been left inconvenienced and disappointed. I request that order #80091925508 be canceled immediately and that I receive a full refund of the amount I paid as soon as possible.
