I Can't Use The YouTube Premium I Paid For!


I made a payment to the YouTube platform on January 14, 2024. However, even though I paid, my account does not appear as YouTube Premium. When I reported the problem via email, they stated that the payment was not received and that I needed to contact the bank. When I contacted the bank, they stated that the payment had been received and that there was a problem with the YouTube.com platform and that I should contact them. If I send an email to YouTube.com again, I do not get any results. I am attaching an image of my payment below.
