Unauthorized Charges and Unwanted YouTube Subscription

I just want to let you know that you charged my card without my permission. Two charges were made to my account today, and I don't have a YouTube.com London GB subscription. I need this problem to be fixed right away, and I need my money returned to the same account. One number is 327916235429. The number for the second invoice is 639735. It's very annoying when your account is charged for things you didn't do and subscriptions that don't make sense. I've tried getting their help, but so far I haven't had much luck.
