Ads Keep Coming Up Even Though I Subscribed to YouTube Premium

We chose the YouTube Premium subscription so that we could watch videos without being interrupted by advertisements. My brother has been complaining for the past two weeks that despite paying a monthly fee, he is still required to watch advertisements for his favorite television shows. These charges have already been deducted. I don't see the point in paying a subscription fee if we're expected to suffer through advertisements. I'm going to post this in the hopes that it will assist in resolving the issue. I respectfully request that you consider this matter. When a subscription is purchased but the ad-free experience that was promised is not received, it is a frustrating situation.
