If your Yousician lessons won’t unlock after you paid, first make sure you’re logged into the same account you used to purchase the subscription and that your subscription shows as active in Yousician > Payments/Billing settings.
If it still won’t unlock, try logging out and back in, check your internet connection, update or reinstall the app, and clear any app cache, as basic app issues sometimes block lesson access.
If the problem persists, go to the Yousician Help Center and use the “Contact us/Submit a request” button at the bottom of any support article to report the access problem directly to their support team.
If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
