Yemeksepeti Removed My Menu Photos and Discount
I have written to Yemeksepeti multiple times and have called repeatedly since June 15, but they keep delaying me and refuse to connect me with the menu team. Even worse, despite all the tickets opened, the menu team has not contacted me for 20 days. I have explained the problem over and over, and I was told, “We will contact you,” but no one has reached out. I have two branches, and my third branch is on the way. After helping generate so much revenue for your platform, I honestly feel like I am being treated like a joke. On top of the issue not being resolved, the menu photos in my store were removed without my approval, and the menu names were changed. How can you change my store’s images, names, and options without my knowledge? Am I the seller, or are you? This is also clear in the screenshots I added. In the partner panel, my menus appear without images, and on the customer-facing side, menu photos are missing, making my store look incomplete and unprofessional. How am I supposed to sell like this? How can customers trust this store and place orders? On top of that, I had created a 20% discount, and you removed it without my approval. Customers now see the prices without the discount. I create campaigns, offer discounts, and try to increase my sales, but you remove the discount I set up. Then, if my orders drop, my reviews decrease, or my rating falls, I am the one who pays the price. For months, I have been unable to upload menus in the panel, add option groups, or properly change prices and descriptions. My menus do not appear correctly, and my products are changed without my knowledge. Now the photos are being removed, the names are being changed, and the discount is being deleted. At this point, I honestly question whether this is just a mistake or an intentional act that is damaging my business. It feels like you are preventing stores other than a few selected ones from making sales. For 1.5 years, I have generated revenue for your platform through campaigns, Joker deals, and coupons, yet you do not even bother to resolve my smallest issue. I am only told, “We will contact you,” and then nobody contacts me. Stop delaying me. Do not change my menu photos, menu names, or discounts without my knowledge. Explain why my 20% discount was removed, why my menu photos were deleted, and why the names were changed. I do not want a regular customer service representative; I want someone with real authority to contact me today. My sales, rating, reviews, and business are being harmed by this situation.
