Yemek Sepeti Failed to Forward My Superos Pizza Order Details Correctly

I ordered a large Superos pizza via Yemek Sepeti on 06.12.2025 around 19:00. In the order notes, I specifically requested no ingredients other than salami, sausage, corn, and soudjouk. However, the pizza arrived incorrectly. When I contacted Domino's, they claimed no such request was forwarded by Yemeksepeti and directed me back to them. The customer representative I spoke with through the application said the system could only issue a ₺50 refund, even though I paid ₺250 for the pizza. They casually offered this partial refund as if it were a reasonable solution. Sending the wrong product and offering such an inadequate refund feels like being mocked. I find this approach unacceptable and do not forgive this treatment.
