I Have Not Been Paid for My Restaurant Sales Since February by Yemek Sepeti
My restaurant with PCPT number started operating on Yemeksepeti in January. I received a payment on February 18, but since then, I haven’t received any money for my sales. Despite calling customer service multiple times, I haven’t been able to reach anyone who can actually help. We sent emails and were told the issue would be resolved, but nothing has changed. The regional manager said they would look into it, but there has been no follow-up. It’s surprising that a corporate company is withholding even such small amounts of money. All the local business owners around me are complaining about the same issues.
