Unauthorized Advertising Service

I am the owner of Ümit Pasta Atölyesi (PRKF), located at Hamam Sokak 22/A, Bilecik. Without our consent or request, Yemeksepeti has created an advertising service for our business under the name “Prominent advertising revenue” and has issued an invoice to us. We did not request any promotion or advertising service from Yemeksepeti in any way and we clearly do not want any such advertising. Despite this, an invoice in the amount of ₺895,35 + 20% VAT has been sent to us. This situation is completely against our will and was created without our approval. I request that the advertising service opened without our consent be cancelled immediately and that the related invoice be fully cancelled, and that no further advertising or similar paid service be started for our business without our clear written approval.
