I Am Tired of Repeating Issues and Getting Auto Replies From Yemeksepeti Support

I have been a user who has been suffering from Yemeksepeti application (online food delivery mediary) for years, most of the time the customer representative says that they cannot help me because they cannot take any other action (due to the system not allowing them). Before, they were asking their employee, probably in the same room. They were getting back to me and they were solving the problem. Now they give auto-generated replies(I think there is no real person as customer representative anymore) I have been reporting the deficiencies of the system by sending feedback forms for months, but it has gotten worse. The last incident I experienced is something unseen. Note: When I created this complaint, the last 2 answers given to me (the same answer) were given again for the 3rd time and my request was closed by marking it as solved for the 10th time. I am already tired and I am writing my complaint here with my last remaining energy.

I was checking once a day and responding in detail that the problem persisted, without getting tired, to the same answer they kept giving. I thought maybe a solution would be found. I even offered a solution, suggesting that 100 TL Yepara be loaded to my account instead of my burned 120 TL coupon. Yesterday, my request was again marked as resolved and completely closed so that I could no longer respond.

The problem is still not fixed. This problem is caused by a bug in the application and is a general problem. It is not related to my account and as far as I understand, everything is automated and no one cares if there is an error. Even that I reported it. This time I purchased a 180 TL yemeksepeti market coupon on 24/06/2025 but I still can't use it. In fact, this time I can't use it on other markets' pages either. For the previous coupon which I purchased as a market voucher, it was at least active in other markets other than yemeksepeti market.
