Yalla Ludo Unfair Coin Loss: Game Rigging & Support Refund Issue

I have been experiencing an unfair loss of coins while playing Yalla Ludo. In my last sessions, I played about three or four games of 50K coins and lost all of them in a way I feel is not fair, because I only get very small wins and then very big losses repeatedly. I contacted Yalla Ludo support about this issue, but instead of giving a clear response or solution, they only gave me items like lollipop dice and other changes, without returning my coins or properly checking the problem. I kindly request that my lost coins be returned and that my recent matches be reviewed in a fair way. I want the game to be fair for all players and not to feel like the system is set to make us lose. I ask Yalla Ludo to correct this situation and make sure it does not happen again.
