Open My Yalla Ludo ID Please

I am a Yalla Ludo user and I am having a serious problem with microphone access and an unfair ban in the game. My mic is not being accepted and I am unable to speak as I normally would. In addition to this, I received a ban notice in the app that says my account is restricted until the year 2118 due to alleged unauthorized sales of diamonds, gold or accounts, which I find extremely unfair and unreasonable. My Yalla Ludo account ID is 11610239***. I would like my microphone access to be opened again and this very long-term ban until 2118 to be reviewed and removed if there is no valid and proven reason. I request that my account and all actions related to this decision be checked in detail and that I be clearly informed about why this ban was applied. I kindly ask Yalla Ludo to resolve this issue as soon as possible, remove the unfair ban, restore my mic access and allow me to use the application normally again.
