I have been an active Yalla Ludo user for the last four years and I always enjoyed using the app. My account is registered through Google Play. On Sunday, 23.08.2026, my account microphone and chat functions were restricted due to a violation related to unauthorized selling of diamonds or discussing third-party diamond rates. My user ID is 17476158***. I understand that this goes against Yalla’s community guidelines and I sincerely apologize for this mistake. It was a one-time incident and I fully accept that I was wrong. I respect your rules and I assure you that I will strictly follow all Yalla regulations from now on. I kindly request that my case be reviewed manually and that the microphone and chat ban on my account be lifted.
