Unban My Yalla Ludo Account

I would like to request your kind reconsideration of the ban imposed on my Yalla Ludo account. My account, registered with Google login, was banned on 14/07 after another person accessed it and misused it by offering to “sell diamonds” without my knowledge or personal consent, by exploiting my login data. I acknowledge that I made a security mistake by trusting this person and allowing them to access my account, but I never intended to violate the game rules or engage in any prohibited activity myself. After discovering what happened, I immediately changed all passwords and fully secured my account so that such misuse does not occur again. My account is on an Android device, and when I try to log in I now receive a message stating that the account is banned until 04-09-2108. This extremely long-term ban will in practice permanently deprive me of my account, even though I was not the one who personally carried out the violation. I kindly ask you to give me one last chance, lift the ban on my account, and allow me to continue playing in full compliance with your rules.
