XM Upi Deposit Delayed

I made a UPI deposit to my XM Standard MT5 trading account (account number 341864***), but the amount has still not been credited to my account balance. The payment was successfully completed on 12 march 2026 at 9:2 pm for an amount of 10,000 INR via UPI. The destination UPI account shown during the deposit was 11292100024455@ucobank. I have a payment screenshot as proof, which clearly shows the date, time and amount of the transaction. During the process of entering . The UTR number for this transaction is 351186169354. Despite the payment being debited from my bank account, the amount has not yet been reflected in my XM trading account. I have already sent an email to XM support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that you verify this UPI transaction and credit the 10,000 INR to my XM Standard MT5 account as soon as possible. If any additional information or documentation is required, I am ready to provide it.
