I have a payment screenshot as proof, which clearly shows the date, time and amount of the transaction. During the process of entering . The UTR number for this transaction is 351186169354. Despite the payment being debited from my bank account, the amount has not yet been reflected in my XM trading account. I have already sent an email to XM support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that you verify this UPI transaction and credit the 10,000 INR to my XM Standard MT5 account as soon as possible.
