XM MT5 Deposit Missing - Money Not Credited And Trades Stopped Out

I am using an MT5 standard account on the XM application, and on 21.11.2015 I made several transfers from my personal bank account to İş Bankası accounts, totaling approximately ₺50,000, using the reference number and recipient IBAN information provided to me for my XM account number 314488***. However, these amounts were never reflected in my XM account, my positions were stopped out due to insufficient margin, and afterward I was unable to open new trades because the money I sent was not credited to my account and my grievance was not resolved. I have the receipts for all related transfers, and although I have sent these receipts to the XM application many times, I received only repetitive emails without any concrete solution or clear outcome. Despite the long time that has passed, no clear or satisfactory information has been provided about the fate of my money. Although I have been messaging the support team daily, every person I contacted has given copy-paste-style responses, and throughout this process I have felt completely devalued and left alone. For transfers made through my account number 314488***, if the money sent to the recipient IBAN using the reference number and details you provided cannot be located, I believe this is an issue that lies with XM, not with me. At this point, I have given up on the balance that was stopped out; my only demand is that the total amount of approximately ₺50,000 that I sent be fully credited to my account without any deduction. I request that XM urgently conduct the necessary investigation together with my transfer receipts, immediately credit the amount I sent to my account, and fully fulfill all my legal rights. I no longer wish to be brushed off with vague statements such as “we are in contact with the financial solution partner,” and I expect a concrete and clear solution to this situation.
