I Cannot Withdraw From My XM Account Because I Lost Access to My Email



I am submitting this complaint regarding my XM trading account with account number 352207134. I am unable to access my registered email address, and because of this, I cannot properly manage my account or carry out the usual security confirmations. Since April 21, I have repeatedly contacted XM support to ask for help with this situation. However, they informed me that changing the registered email is not allowed and did not offer any alternative solution. Instead, they keep insisting that I should withdraw my funds using my GCash account, even though I have clearly explained that my GCash is currently on hold and that any withdrawal request through GCash requires confirmation via the same registered email address, which I cannot access. They know that I do not have access to this email anymore, yet they still only suggest the GCash withdrawal method.
