Xena App Account Deletion Request
I am a user of the Xena app and my account is registered with the email address asma***[email protected]. I would like my account to be deleted as soon as possible. In addition to deleting my account, I also request that all of my personal data associated with this account, including my email, profile information and any usage history, be permanently and completely removed from your systems in accordance with data protection rules, and that my information not be used, processed or shared from now on. I kindly ask you to confirm via email once my account and all related data have been fully deleted.
Progress
I had an account on Xena Live which has been deleted, and since then I have not been able to access it. My account was removed even though I did not do anything wrong and I was using the platform normally.
After my account was deleted, I contacted Xena Live support, the agency and the host, but I did not receive any real help. They did not resolve the situation and my account is still not restored.
I request that my Xena Live account be restored as soon as possible and that I be given a clear explanation of why it was deleted.
